Ignited Minds Today Magazine & Academic Excellence Awards

Nature of Association

All associations with Ignited Minds Today (IMT) and its Awards are:
• Voluntary
• Honorary or advisory in nature
• Non-employment and non-contractual unless explicitly stated in writing
No employer–employee relationship is created.

Selection & Discretion

IMT reserves the right to:
• Accept, defer, or decline any EOI or nomination
• Modify committee structures, award categories, or timelines
• Appoint or discontinue roles based on organizational requirements
All decisions are final and discretionary.

Ethical Standards & Conflict of Interest

All associated individuals must:
• Maintain academic integrity and neutrality
• Disclose conflicts of interest
• Recuse themselves from evaluations involving personal or institutional interest
Violation may lead to withdrawal of association.

Awards Evaluation

Awards are evaluated through:
• Independent jury panels
• Transparent screening and shortlisting
• Merit-based assessment aligned with category criteria
No nomination guarantees an award.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

• Authorship remains with the contributor unless agreed otherwise
• IMT may use names, designations, affiliations, and images for official communication
• Content may be edited for clarity, length, and style while preserving meaning

Confidentiality

All internal deliberations, jury discussions, and evaluations are confidential.
Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited.

Public Representation

Associated individuals:
• Shall not represent IMT officially unless authorized
• Shall not issue public statements on behalf of IMT without approval

Financial Aspects

• No participation fees are charged for EOI, nominations, or committee roles
• No remuneration is implied unless formally communicated
• Travel or event-related arrangements, if any, are communicated separately

Tenure & Withdrawal

• Association is typically valid for a defined cycle or issue
• Either party may discontinue association with written notice
• IMT may withdraw association in case of misconduct or reputational risk

Amendments

IMT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
Updates will be reflected on the official website.

Governing Jurisdiction

All matters shall be governed under applicable laws of India.
